The straight version of what this tool is, what it is not, and the rules around using it.
The agreement
These terms apply when you use PULL YA HEAD IN. The app is operated by Melanie Holmes, individual / sole trader, ABN 67 724 332 884. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
PYHI is a general consumer self-management tool intended to help adults interrupt an impulse and return to everyday life. It is not medical care, a medical device, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, monitoring, or an emergency service. It does not replace a doctor, pharmacist, therapist, addiction service, crisis service, or other qualified professional, and it does not promise a particular result.
You decide whether and how to use the app and remain responsible for your actions, choices, safety, device, local data, and the information you enter. Keep Backup Person and support details accurate, and obtain another person's permission before storing or contacting them where required. Do not treat an app suggestion as professional advice or use it where it conflicts with law, medical guidance, workplace rules, or immediate safety.
PYHI may offer a one-time Full Access purchase in the iPhone or Android app. The applicable Apple App Store or Google Play listing shows the price before purchase. Apple or Google processes the payment, keeps the store purchase record, and provides the applicable purchase, refund, restoration, and account-administration processes under its own terms. Use Restore Purchases in the app if an eligible purchase is not recognised. No subscription is included in this launch offer.
Access can depend on the store confirming a valid, active entitlement. A cancellation, refund, revocation, payment reversal, store error, or platform-account issue may affect that confirmation. Locally created app data is not intentionally deleted when access changes.
Song links and other device handoffs may open Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, your browser, phone, messaging, email, clipboard, or share tools. Those services are separate from PYHI and are governed by their own terms, privacy practices, availability, content, subscriptions, and charges. PYHI does not control or guarantee them.
Subject to these terms and applicable store rules, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use PYHI for lawful personal use. PYHI's name, copy, artwork, software, and other original material remain owned by the operator or applicable licensors. Do not copy, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, interfere with, misuse, or use the app or its branding to infringe rights, break the law, harm another person, or bypass purchase controls, except where the law expressly allows it.
PYHI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Device storage, operating systems, browsers, app stores, external services, connectivity, and updates can affect availability or cause local data loss. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, compatibility with every device, preservation of local data, or any particular outcome.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, responsibility is limited to the extent permitted by law.
We may update the app or these terms as the service changes. The current version and update date will appear here. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable state or territory, subject to any consumer rights or jurisdiction rules that must apply.
